Account Suspension

Suspending Accounts

This guide will explain how you can suspend accounts through the MultiDomain Control Panel.

Step 1. Navigate to the MultiDomain Control Panel

If you are unsure on this step, take a look at our guide on how to do this.

Step 2. Select Managing Account Suspension

Using the search bar on the control panel search ‘suspend account’.

Type 'suspend account' and select 'Manage Account Suspension'

Select ‘Manage Account Suspension.

Step 3. Suspend an Account

From the list of accounts, select the account you wish to suspend. You can input a reason for the suspension if you wish.

Select the 'domain' or 'username' you wish to suspend (type a suspension reason if needs be), Press 'Suspend'

Once you have done this press ‘Suspend’.

The selected account is now suspended.

Step 4. Unsuspend an Account

Similarly to the suspension, select the account from the list you wish to suspend and press ‘Unsuspend’.

Select the 'domain' or 'username' you wish to unsuspend , Press 'Unsuspend'
