Restoring Backups

With your MultiDomain account, your accounts are regularly backed up, if for whatever reason you need to perform a backup on an account, you can do so using JetBackups.

Step 1. Login to the MultiDomain Control panel

If you are unsure on how to do this please see our guide which explains how to do this.

Step 2. Select JetBackup

Using the search bar search ‘jetBackup’ and then select ‘JetBackup’.


Step 3. Restoring to a previous Backup

A list of the accounts should now appear. To select which account you would like to restore to a previous backup, on the account’s row, select the  symbol.

Now choose which type of Backup you would like to perform.

You will now be presented with a list of previous versions you can restore to.

Select which is before the error or issue occurred for this account. Then on this row, at the far right hand side select the  symbol.

The account will now restore to the selected date.
