Removing an Account
This guide will explain how to terminate an account. We recommend that backups of the account are made prior to completing this as any terminated accounts cannot be undone. This means all data on this account is removed.
Step 1. Navigate to the MultiDomain Control Panel
If you are unsure on this step, take a look at our guide on how to do this.
Step 2. Select ‘Terminate Accounts’
In the search bar search ‘terminate accounts’, then select the link.
Step 3. Select the Account(s)
A list of all your accounts should appear, select the account you wish to remove.
Now press ‘Remove’.
A warning about removing the account should now appear, if you have read this and are still sure on terminating the account, select ‘Yes, remove this account’.
Once the process has completed you will receive a success message.
