This is a step-by-step guide on how to cancel your hosting account with us if, for example, it is no longer required.
Cancelling your account
Firstly, log in to your My NetWeaver account.
Click the ‘Services’ menu and select ‘My services’
Then you need to click where it says ‘Active’ next to the account that you would like to cancel.
Once you have done this, you will need to click ‘Request Cancellation’ from the list on the left-hand side of the page.
You are then prompted to give a reason as to why you are requesting to cancel your account.
You then need to decide whether you would like it to be cancelled immediately or at the end of your billing by selecting your preferred option from a drop-down box.
Finally, press the ‘Request Cancellation’ button.
