Stage 1
Log in to your My Netweaver account.
Click the ‘Domains’ menu and ‘Transfer Domain to Us’
Enter your domain, leaving the Authorization Code box blank.
Click ‘Add to Cart’
If you wish to add hosting, you can do so here – otherwise, click ‘Continue’
There is no charge to transfer UK domains, bit the renewal cost will be confirmed here for the future.
Click ‘Checkout’ then ‘Complete Order’ on the following page.
Stage 2
The first thing you will need to do is log in to your control panel for UKReg. From here select ‘Domain names’ from the ‘Hosting & Domains’ menu.
Here a list of your domains will appear – click on the .UK domain that you wish to transfer to us.
On the ‘Domain Management’ screen, click the ‘Transfer options’ link in the ‘Contacts & ownership’ tile.
Now you will need to scroll down and click ‘Transfer to a different provider’
Here you will be prompted to enter our IPS tag which is ‘NETWEAVER’
Finally, click ‘Transfer Out’ and then you’ll receive an email from us to confirm that we have received the domain and you’ll then be able to manage it from your My NetWeaver account – including changing your nameservers to point to us when you’re ready.
