phpMyAdmin is a tool to allow you to administer your MySQL database over the web.
Once logged into the control panel, scroll down to Databases.
Click ‘phpMyAdmin’
You can see your list of databases on the left-hand side and the list of tools available across the top. Just click on the database you wish to administer to access it.
