This guide will explain how to suspend a NetWeaver email account. You will also be able to view all current NetWeaver email accounts.
Step 1. Navigate To The Control Panel
See our How To Find The Control Panel article if you are struggling.
Step 2. Find The ‘Email Accounts’ Section
Using the search bar near the top of the page search for ’email’.
Then select the ‘Email Accounts’ link.
Step 3. Suspend An Email Account
Navigate to the heading ‘Email Accounts’ and under ‘Actions’ select ‘More’.
From here you have three options:
- Suspend – the account cannot receive or send emails and the user will be unable to login
- Suspending the login – the account can receive mail but the user will be unable to login
- Suspending incoming mail – the account cannot receive mail but the user will be able to login and send emails
If successful a green ‘Success’ box will appear as shown above.
If you wish to unsuspend your account, navigate back to ‘Email Accounts’ and under ‘Actions’ select ‘More’. From here you can unsuspend your account.
